A Jr Pass has validity periods of seven, 14 or 21 days. Within this time frame, the holder can use all of Japan&#8217;s rail lines except for the aforementioned bullet trains. The pass is valid for one month after the start of the first trip.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.47&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.21.2&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Order in time<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The ticket for the Japanese railroad can not be purchased in the country itself. Similar to a visa, it must be ordered in one&#8217;s own country from a responsible d\u00e9pendance of the Japanese railroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It should therefore be noted that it may take a few weeks before the ticket is actually available. It makes sense to purchase such a ticket online. The reason for this is that this Japanese railcard is only given to tourists.
