The JR Pass is not necessarily valid on all trains in this Far Eastern high-tech country: anyone wishing to use the Shinkansen routes on the Nozomi or the Mizuho, for example, must purchase an additional ticket over and above the Japan Rail Pass. <\/strong><\/p>\n

With a Kyushu rail passport, travelers on the main island of the empire can move de facto <\/strong>move freely.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, the validity of the ticket is important. A Jr Pass has validity periods of seven, 14 or 21 days. Within this time frame, the holder can use all of Japan’s rail lines except for the aforementioned bullet trains. The pass is valid for one month after the start of the first trip.<\/p>\n

The ticket for the Japanese railroad can not be purchased in the country itself. Similar to a visa, it must be ordered in one’s own country from a responsible d\u00e9pendance of the Japanese railroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It should therefore be noted that it may take a few weeks before the ticket is actually available. It makes sense to purchase such a ticket online. The reason for this is that this Japanese railcard is only given to tourists. Thus, it is a prerequisite that the first residence is not within Nippon.<\/p>\n
